In the city of Roanoke, Virginia, a young woman's life was tragically cut short on the night of June 27, 2026. Twenty-two-year-old Alexus Edmunds was killed in what authorities have described as a violent escalation of a domestic dispute. The incident unfolded in a residence located in the 2900 block of Bluestone Avenue NE, where police were dispatched following reports of a shooting at approximately 11:19 p.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Edmunds deceased at the scene.
