On May 5, 2009, the lives of 3-year-old Brice Romen Hardy and his mother, 33-year-old Grace Jolyne Hardy, were tragically cut short in Shreveport, Louisiana. Brice, a bright and loving African American boy, was known for his infectious energy and boundless curiosity.
