Shelva Sherica "Tut" Glasper, a 33-year-old African American woman, passed away on June 28, 2009, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a homemaker and a resident of Baton Rouge. Shelva's death occurred at 12:30 a.m. on that fateful day.
