In the late hours of a Monday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 30-year-old Tyesha Branaugh was tragically cut short by an act of gun violence. On January 13, 2025, Branaugh and a male companion were shot in the 1600 block of North 15th Street. First responders rushed both victims to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
