In the summer of 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana, a neighborhood dispute over something as trivial as grass clippings tragically escalated, leading to the death of 30-year-old Curtis Lee Timmons. On June 23rd of that year, Timmons was shot and killed, a senseless act of violence that stemmed from a disagreement with a neighbor. The man responsible for his death was David L. Miller, a local lawn care business owner.
