Toure Jackson, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on April 14, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The New Orleans Police Department began investigating the homicide on April 13, 2022, after receiving a report of a man down at Mayo Boulevard and South I-10 Service Road just before midnight.
