Sergeant Paul Berches Stuckey, aged 47, was a dedicated officer with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. On the night of September 30, 2011, he responded to a report of night hunting near St. Francisville in West Feliciana Parish. At approximately 2:15 am, Sergeant Stuckey notified his supervisor that he was investigating the complaint.
