Jeffery Johnson, a 34-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 7, 2016, in Metairie, Louisiana. The incident occurred on Bengal Road in River Ridge, a neighborhood in Jefferson Parish. Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately investigated by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office.
