In the late hours of a Thursday in Metairie, Louisiana, the life of 21-year-old Ras’Daniel Charles, a male resident of the community, was tragically cut short. On March 14, 2019, Charles was fatally wounded by gunfire, a violent end to a young life that left a family heartbroken and a community searching for answers.
