Karlton Stanley Ireanous Charles, a 35-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2014. He was shot multiple times outside an apartment building in the 2400 block of Pasadena Avenue in Metairie, Louisiana, around 9:40 PM.
