Cedric Maurice Brown, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cedric was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and attended O. Perry Walker High School. He was the beloved son of Thaddeus Bailey and Jacqueline Brown, and a loving father to Santonio Price. Cedric was also a brother to Brian Brown, Jewel Brown, Joseph Brown, and George Brown, and a grandson to Shirley Brown and Percy Tate.
