Death by Force

Garland Gregory McDowell, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on January 31, 2018, in New Orleans, LA. He was one of the victims in a fatal double shooting incident that occurred in the 1100 block of Newton Street in River Ridge, LA. McDowell was found at the scene suffering from at least one gunshot wound and was later pronounced dead at University Hospital.
