In a tragic incident near the Crescent City Connection bridge in New Orleans, 7-month-old male Deshawn Kinard and his 25-year-old father, Deshawn Butler, were shot and killed. The two were passengers in the back seat of a vehicle being driven by the infant's mother when another vehicle pulled alongside and opened fire.
