Shane Brown, a 20-year-old African American male, was found dead in a canal in New Orleans East on March 26, 2022. His body was discovered at the intersection of Morrison and Gannon roads. Shane had been reported missing by his mother, Gloria Brown, on March 21, 2022, after he failed to return home from work. His phone and car were found days later, leading to the discovery of his body in the canal.
