In October 2012, the city of New Orleans was shaken by the tragic death of 3-year-old Kendall Adams. The young male child was found deceased inside his family's apartment in the Gert Town neighborhood. The grim discovery also included the body of his 4-year-old sister. An investigation into the heartbreaking scene revealed that Kendall had been fatally shot, while his sister had been drowned.
