In the late hours of Valentine's Day, a grim discovery was made inside a Northeast Washington, D.C. apartment, shattering the evening with violence. Forty-year-old Kimberly Stevens, a female resident of the area, was found deceased, the victim of a fatal shooting. She was not alone in this tragedy; two others, 58-year-old Renee Bigelow and 59-year-old Leon Harper, also lost their lives in the same incident.
