Laurent Lafargue, a 67-year-old man of French descent from Hammond, Louisiana, tragically passed away on February 14, 2013, at his residence. He was born on August 2, 1945, in New Orleans and was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Hammond. Laurent was a long-time employee of Kostmayer Construction Company in Slidell and enjoyed fishing, golfing, HAM radio, and was involved in the Hammond Community Theatre.
