Otis Louis Hixon Jr., a 19-year-old African American male, passed away on April 1, 2014. He was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and resided in Waggaman, Louisiana. Otis was an avid basketball player who also dedicated time to coaching youth at his church. He was the devoted son of Otis Louis Hixon Sr. and Shelia Marie Hixon, and the loving brother of Wendi, Kimberly, and Jasmine Hixon.
