Chad Vashawn Forest, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 1, 2014, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Born on February 17, 1983, Chad was the son of Willie Jackson III and Tammy Forest Jackson. He was a beloved member of his family, leaving behind his parents, three sisters, and a host of other relatives and friends.
