Bruce Tims Jr., a 25-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on March 21, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was fatally wounded in a shooting incident that occurred near the intersection of Conti and Bourbon Streets in the French Quarter. Bruce Tims was one of two men shot during the incident, with the other victim, Anthony Joseph, surviving his injuries.
