Death by Force

Russel Frank, a 24-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on November 11, 2016, at the intersection of Loyola Avenue and Foucher Street in New Orleans, LA. The incident was investigated by NOPD Homicide Detectives, who identified Bryan "Butter" Rogers as the suspect responsible for Frank's death. Rogers, who was 31 years old at the time of the murder, was later arrested in California for the crime.
