On a Wednesday evening in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 47-year-old Bobby Ann Turner was tragically cut short. On September 17, 2014, she found herself in the wrong place at the wrong time on Anna Street. An argument between two men, unrelated to Turner, escalated into gunfire. A stray bullet from their dispute struck and killed her, an innocent bystander in a senseless act of violence.
