Murrain Hawkins, a 13-year-old African American boy, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2015, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred when Adonis Forbes, a 25-year-old man, was attempting to fix his malfunctioning handgun while at home.
