Jordy Bellard, a 31-year-old male from Eunice, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on June 14, 2015. The incident occurred during an argument at a residence on Shelton Manuel Road near Eunice. During the altercation, Kenneth Scott Prather, a 34-year-old male from Branch, Louisiana, shot Bellard twice in the back and once in the head while Bellard was down.
