On a tragic afternoon in Bogalusa, Louisiana, the quiet of City Limits Road was shattered by the discovery of a double homicide on June 23, 2015. Inside a car, authorities found the bodies of two men from the Baton Rouge area, both of whom had been fatally shot. One of the victims was identified as 31-year-old Shannen Hudson, an African American male who was known in the music community as the Gonzales rapper 'Young Ready.' The other victim was 28-year-old Jare Stevenson.
