Jon Kelly Smith, a 54-year-old man from Lumberton, Mississippi, was tragically shot to death on July 1, 2017, in Bogalusa, Louisiana. The incident occurred when Smith was accompanied by an unidentified woman, who later drove him back home after the shooting.
