Death by Force

On July 22, 2015, at approximately 7:40 p.m., Robert Louis Mosley, a 46-year-old African American male, was discovered deceased in his apartment located in the 3300 block of Seine Street in the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
