Desmond Bell, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2013, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was fatally shot on the porch of a residence in the 4000 block of Baudin Street shortly before 6 p.m. The suspects were observed fleeing the scene in a red Chrysler minivan.
