Carlton Antonio Jenkins, a 25-year-old African American male from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on August 21, 2021. Carlton was born on September 8, 1995, and was the youngest of five children. He graduated from Grace King Senior High School and attended Southern University in New Orleans.
