Wendy Garcia Pedro, a 12-year-old girl from Madera, California, was last seen on April 15, 2024. Authorities believe she was abducted by her mother, Adulfa Pedro Vargas, who was 31 years old at the time of the incident. On the same day Wendy went missing, a felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her mother.
