Aaron "Phat" Michael Scott, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on April 24, 2010, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Aaron was the son of Racquel M. Scott and the stepson of Earl Barnett, Jr. He was also the grandson of Carol A. Scott and Michael Scott, Sr., and the brother of Reginald D. Ward, Jr., ReGinae D. Ward, and Emani J. Barnett. Aaron was a student at G. W. Carver Sr. High School and was well-loved by his family and friends.
