Charles Edward Banks, a 39-year-old African American man from New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on August 26, 2022. He was known as "WillyB" and was the owner of Four Brother's Pressure Washer Company. Banks was born on April 6, 1983, and attended Booker T. Washington High School. He was baptized at Greater Mount Rose Baptist Church in New Orleans.
