In the late hours of a Friday in August 2022, the life of Charles Edward Banks, a 39-year-old man from New Orleans, was tragically cut short. Known to his loved ones as 'WillyB,' Banks was a father and the owner of a pressure washing company. He was born on April 6, 1983, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
