Deanjello Parson, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2015, in Monroe, Louisiana. The incident occurred on South Third Street, where Parson and another individual, Cameron Mahoney, were involved in an altercation that escalated into a deadly shootout. Both men were struck by bullets and succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
