Jeremiah Miller, a 25-year-old male from Opelousas, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on August 30, 2015. The incident occurred when his older brother, Joshua Miller, 27, accidentally shot him in the chest while playing with a handgun he believed to be unloaded. This unfortunate event took place just outside of Opelousas, at their grandmother's house. Upon realizing the gravity of his actions, Joshua turned the gun on himself, resulting in a double tragedy for the Miller family.
