Kendrick Lewis, a 24-year-old African American man from Opelousas, Louisiana, was tragically killed on December 28, 2024. The incident occurred on Honey Lane, where law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies found Kendrick Lewis receiving CPR. They immediately took over life-saving measures until emergency medical services arrived. He was then airlifted to a hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
