Ivan Webb, a 46-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2015, in Monroe, Louisiana. Webb, who was the owner of Coach's Bail Bonds, was found shot dead at his office on Arizona Street. Alongside him was Catrina Wallace, an employee, who also succumbed to gunshot wounds. The incident was classified as a homicide, and the Monroe police immediately launched an investigation into the double murder.
