An African American man, Ivan Webb, 46, was discovered deceased in his Monroe, Louisiana, office on September 29, 2015. Webb, the proprietor of Coach's Bail Bonds on Arizona Street, was found alongside an employee, Catrina Wallace, who had also been fatally shot. The Monroe Police Department classified the incident as a double homicide and promptly initiated an investigation into the deaths.
