In the early morning hours in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a 15-year-old male named Brian Banks tragically lost his life. The incident unfolded inside an apartment on Hooper Road, where Brian was with a 17-year-old acquaintance. What began as two teenagers playing with a handgun took a devastating turn. Around 3:30 a.m., the weapon discharged, and a single bullet struck Brian in the face.
