In the city of Syracuse, New York, the life of 39-year-old Ronald Russell was tragically cut short on the evening of March 19, 2020. That night, police responded to a call of shots fired at an apartment complex located on the 600 block of West Onondaga Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound to his head.
