Ronald Russell, a 39-year-old resident of Syracuse, NY, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2020. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located on the 600 block of West Onondaga Street. On the evening of March 19th, police responded to a call reporting shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ronald Russell with a gunshot wound to the head. He was immediately transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
