In the early hours of a Monday in Syracuse, New York, the life of 19-year-old Rayquell Jones was tragically cut short. On July 6, 2015, in the 300 block of Rich Street, Jones was found with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. The young man was rushed to Upstate University Hospital, but his injuries proved fatal.
