In the waning days of 2015, the life of a charismatic and beloved teenager, Kejohn 'Keke' Carroll, was tragically cut short in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The 16-year-old male was fatally shot on Friday, December 4, 2015, in an incident that sent ripples of grief through his family and the Tara High School community where he was a student.
