Jecody Ross, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 19, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 11:34 PM in the 3600 block of Chippewa Street. Ross was found lying on the roadway outside his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
