In a tragic turn of events on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, Damon C. Dixon, a 56-year-old resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was found deceased in his home. A carpenter by trade and a native of Baton Rouge, his life was cut short in what authorities have described as a murder-suicide attempt. The incident unfolded in the 5200 block of North Flannery Road, where Dixon was discovered.
