Kenneth Dexter Hawkins, a 61-year-old African American male, passed away on July 12, 2016, in Jacksonville, Florida. Kenneth was a well-known and respected bus driver for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA). On the day of his death, a postal worker discovered his body lying in a pool of blood in the driveway of his home on Biscayne Lake Drive.
