Cody A. McAdams, a 38-year-old male from Sulphur, LA, died on April 28, 2016, in what authorities determined to be a murder-suicide. According to reports, McAdams fatally shot his estranged wife, Brandi McAdams, a 33-year-old female, before turning the gun on himself.
