Jose L. Mosqueda Jr., a 29-year-old male from Mission, Texas, was found dead on October 9, 2021, in Sulphur, Louisiana. The incident occurred around noon at a residence located on Post Oak Road. Upon arrival, deputies from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office discovered Mosqueda deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. The suspect, Oscar R.
