David Reed III, a 24-year-old black male from Sulphur, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on November 18, 2017. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of South Post Oak Road. Upon arrival, officers found Reed with gunshot wounds, and he was transported to West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
