Louis Perrette IV, a 23-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on September 14, 2016, in New Orleans, LA. His body was discovered in a burning car in the 8700 block of Morrison Road. The New Orleans Police Department has identified Ronald Lewis, born on June 17, 1993, as a person of interest in connection with Perrette's murder.
