Tadarien Scooter Summage, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 14, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Summage was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred on Interstate 49 near Kings Highway, where Summage was driving when a vehicle pulled alongside his car and opened fire.
