On May 11, 2015, 46-year-old Jed Howard was fatally shot inside his home in the 8200 block of Wildbriar Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana. His vehicle, a black Saturn, was stolen during the incident, but investigators later recovered the charred remains of the car. Surveillance footage showed an individual driving Howard's vehicle into a wooded area near Camrose Lane, and footage of a man setting fire to the Saturn.
