On a grim Thursday night in New Orleans, the life of 26-year-old Leonard Moses was cut short in a violent burst of gunfire. The incident, which unfolded around 9 p.m. on October 20, 2016, in the 6100 block of Tullis Drive, also left two others wounded, painting a harrowing picture of the sudden violence that erupted. Moses, a male, succumbed to fatal gunshot wounds at the scene, his death later confirmed by the Orleans Parish Coroner's Office.
